Specially designed for the HRF motorcycle flag mount.  Mounts under the flag mount for added safety purposes. It allows you to put on the flag with out using any tools. This comes in handy when out riding in the dunes and the flag breaks off, you just slide out the broken piece and slide the flag back in and your good to go.
